Meet Her! She Has Plans
Oct 28, 2026
Fall makes letting go look beautiful. The trees do not apologize for changing. They do not hold onto every leaf because it used to belong there. They release what has finished its season and stand differently for a while.
Women rarely give themselves that same permission. We hold onto roles, relationships, routines, and expectations because they once made sense. We worry that changing our minds means we were wrong. We worry that wanting more makes us ungrateful. We worry that becoming someone new will make other people uncomfortable.
So we keep wearing an identity that almost fits. Like uncomfortable underwear or the digging bra, we know it is irritating us, yet we keep tugging at it instead of taking it off.
Meet Her Again is an invitation to stop living from an old description of yourself. You are allowed to update it. The woman you are now has survived things, learned things, lost things, and discovered parts of herself she could not have known ten years ago. She deserves a say in what happens next.
This does not require a dramatic reinvention. Maybe you protect one evening a week for yourself. Maybe you admit that you do not like something you have pretended to enjoy for years! Anything, in life or in bed. Maybe you make the appointment, book the trip, ask for help, return to your body, or say no without writing a paragraph to defend it. Maybe you finally explore what pleasure means to you now instead of relying on an instruction manual written by your twenty-five-year-old self.
This is where Should Bye™ becomes more than letting go. Once the old expectations are quieter, you can hear your own preferences again. You begin choosing from your identity instead of performing the identity everyone expects. It takes time.
That may feel unfamiliar at first. Of course it does. You have had years of practice being who other people needed. Give yourself time to practice being who you need.
As October closes, ask yourself:
What am I ready to release?
What part of my identity belongs to an earlier season?
Who am I becoming when I stop shoulding all over myself?
Then choose one small way to let that woman lead this week. She does not need permission. She needs practice. Perhaps a fresh playlist.
This is what I do at SwEll peakX™. I help women find the parts of themselves that got buried beneath the roles, rules, loss, body changes, and years of shoulding. We talk about identity, confidence, boundaries, sensuality, pleasure, and whatever has been sitting behind the mask asking for some air.
If you are ready to meet her, a $50, 30-minute Meet Her Again Clarity Session is a playful, honest place to begin. We will look at where you are, what has been holding you back, and what you want this next season to feel like.
